Hi guys, This is my first Tabata workout on this channel. I tried not to add too many exercises that way you can concentrate on performing the few in good form but let’s make this clear, I felt a serious burn in my muscles and sweated buckets, so get ready!
No equipment necessary (I used the dumbbells because.. Well just because I felt like ☺️) and no much space needed. This video is full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing and end when I end.
