Today we are doing some Hatha Yoga with Tracy, who has been a yoga teacher for the last 13 years, so you guys are in good hands! Hatha is the yoga of balance, with a mixture of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body.
Tracy will walk you through a mobilising warm up and then through a variety of movements that are going to leave you feeling refreshed, zen and ready for the rest of the week
