    So much YES! My heart rate was super high, at least 150 beats per minute on average. I completed (and measured with my watch) a couple of other workouts along with this one as a single daily workout, so I can't give exact stats for this particular one. But I can tell you that this workout made me feel powerful and capable and HAPPY. So… I "did it twice". That is to say, I let it play again and did a sequence of different moves: Slo-Mo mountain climbers, cross-body rainbow jacks (yes I made those up!), and rockettes! Sweat was pouring!!

    Love, love, love this one! Right up there as a new favorite. You know how much I dislike Tabata but love the idea of it. 6 intervals is so much more manageable to me. How about 4 intervals???? More please. Yes, I'm asking for more tabata? Who would've thunk??

    im all for less rounds than 8 its still hard but at the point u realy tired of it u moved onto the next move.So I love to see alternative tabata for future workouts 🙂
