There is no other place in the world like Mykonos. If you have never gone, it is highly recommended that you visit Mykonos. As if stolen from a picture, the stark white structures are juxtaposed against the bluest of azure skies. Mykonos is literally a vast maze of clay hills, spotless streets, shining white buildings, and little churches.
If you enjoy all things cosmopolitan, you will enjoy the jet set ambiance of Mykonos. If you enjoy premium lodgings and value the finer things in life, you’ve come to the correct location. Unlike Monaco or the French Riviera, Mykonos exudes an earthy, simple elegance.
Mykonos, known as “The Jewel” of the Aegean Sea, boasts a smoothness and sensuality in its architecture that is rarely seen outside of the Greek Islands. The hospitality and pleasant people are as open as the wide sky, as Greek as it is Grand.
Mykonos’ natural, less touristic vibe distinguishes it from the other islands. This is excellent if you want to experience the more elite side of glamour. Consider Jackie O. Mykonos boasts grand lodgings decorated in Greek style. Boutique hotels provide facilities that leave even the most discriminating “not your average traveler” visitors wanting.
Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort is one of my favorites. The sea view suites at Mykonos Grand are big and decorated in Greek marble, which I like! There are separate sitting rooms as well as flowing, sheer white draperies and canopy beds, creating a graceful and restful atmosphere. All Superior sea view rooms were completely remodeled in 2009, with ultramodern conveniences while keeping an Aegean ambience.
Cavotagoo, my all-time favorite Mykonos restaurant, recently reopened in May 2009. Mykonos components are beautifully executed, rustic and graceful with a simple vibe. Things are just different at Cavatagoo, which is a 5 Star Luxury Resort with pool-to-sea vistas, in my opinion.
If you’re going to relax, relax in luxury and treat your senses to a change of environment. Did I mention that it’s highly cosmopolitan?
If you can bear leaving your lodgings, you will find what you are looking for if you are looking for nightlife and amusement. Mykonos’ reputation for a vibrant nightlife draws both new and returning visitors.
Mykonos emanates sex appeal and cannot be equated or compared to any other holiday place, whether you prefer to stay on the beach or wander through the city. Mykonos has something for everyone, from lounges where the local cool culture congregates to heart-pounding dance clubs up till 6 a.m.
On the west side of Hora, the artistically harmonious and relatively flat Mykonos offers Yacht Charter. This majestic feature of Mykonos looks almost like something out of a movie set, with fishing boats sitting next to luxury yachts against a backdrop of white buildings.
