The Best Nintendo Switch Deals and Console Bundles (2018)

We’re incredibly optimistic about the Switch’s future and believe it sets a new standard for game systems. But since it’s so new, there aren’t a ton of killer deals yet. But at $300, it’s still roughly as cheap as a PS4 or Xbox One, and a lot more portable.

If you don’t own one yet, we’ve got your back. Below are all the current Nintendo Switch deals and bundles we could find. We’ve also added some games you should consider and essential accessories you’ll need.

Nintendo Switch Console Deals

The standard Switch bundle is still the best way to buy into Nintendo’s hybrid handheld system. You can choose whether you want an all-gray version or one with a neon blue left Joy-Con and neon red right Joy-Con. The colors do make it a bit easier to know which side they slide into since part of the appeal of Switch is the ability to turn each Joy-Con sideways and use it as a NES-style classic controller for multiplayer games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Limited Edition Colors

These systems were sold for a limited time, but you can still find them if you’re willing to pay a little extra.

Switch Bundles with Truly Amazing Games

These three games are already award-winning classics and most every Switch owner (and Nintendo fan) will want to pick them all up. GameStop has bundled them with a standard gray Switch. They don’t come at a huge discount, but are convenient if you’re buying to play these titles.

These games also have fantastic review scores, but aren’t quite as hot as the latest Mario or Zelda. Still, they’re well worth considering!

Switch Essentials You’ll Need

All of these accessories are in our list of Best Nintendo Switch Accessories, but to get you started, we’ve included a few links below for items you really do need. You’ll need a MicroSD card to download and fit extra games. We recommend buying as large a one as you can so you don’t have to buy more in the future. We also highly recommend buying a screen protector, a travel case, and a Nintendo Pro Controller. An extra Dock is nice if you have more than one TV.
