Busta Rhymes has been feeling like a brand new man and it’s undoubtedly been displaying! Back in October, he revealed his physique transformation and let his followers know that he misplaced a whopping 86 kilos! In a brand new interview with Tamron Hall, he opens up about his weightless journey, and even provides some perception concerning the second he realized he wanted to make a change.
In an unique clip from The Daily Mail, Busta speaks with Tamron about how he got here to lose a lot weight. He says the second that actually impressed him was throughout a music video shoot, the place he was compelled to duct tape his abdomen down.
“When I shot that video, theres a scene of me wearing all white with a head wrap. When I initially put that all white on, it showed how badly out of shape that I was on camera. So we went in the dressing room and they duct taped my stomach down with electric duct tape.”
Tamron proceeds to ask Busta how that second impacted his life, and he says it was one of the toughest issues he’s needed to cope with.
“It was difficult. It was probably one of the most difficult reality checks of my life.”
