I am revealing 2 complete collections of sunlight salutations right here. The initially one is slower, permitting the positions to leave an imprint on your body. Hold for 3 to 5 breaths. The 2nd one is quicker, one complete breath per motion. Repeat as often times as you like for a stimulating entire body exercise!
